Lady-Elect Rita was born to both the late James and Venita Rodgers in Saint Louis, Missouri. As a infant, her family decided to move to Southern California. Lady-Elect was further raised by Keith and Charlane Stampley of Alton Illinois from her late teens until she decided to marry her high school sweetheart, Dr. Paul C. Alston in 1992. She received the Lord as a young child but later rededicated her life to him in 1993. As a newly married and military spouse, Lady Elect dedicated her life to the raising of our four children Kanetria, Breneisha, Patrick and Diamond.

 

As a self-employed business owner, Rita’s Little Rascals in home child care was birthed in (1997) and remained in operation for thirteen years. At that time, she decided to pursue her career in the medical field in (2000) and later became a Phlebotomist in (2005). Lady Elect is a licensed minister at Next Generation Family Worship Center, where she serves faithfully under the biblical teachings of her beloved husband, Bishop-Elect Paul C. Alston. In 2012, she became the proud grandmother/mom-mom to Rian and is also known by Momma Rita by all the youth people who come in contact with her. Currently, Lady-Elect Rita serves as the Office Manager for NGFWC and Campus Registrar NGCLCBC.
